Each piece from soluneatelier is handmade with care. Because our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, bead texture, size, shape, and arrangement may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging
- Free from damage, perfume, stains, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Return Shipping
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or choosing the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
